PPLN's temperature controlled furnace

Crystals require temperature control to ensure phase matching conditions. We have developed a temperature control system suitable for superlattice samples, including a temperature controlled furnace and controller. The furnace body can accommodate crystals with dimensions of 50mm x 10mm x 2mm in length, width, and height. The temperature tuning range is from room temperature to 200oC, making temperature tuning convenient and fast. The furnace body is designed to open the top cover, which is convenient for adjustment in the experiment; The temperature controlled furnace and controller have a separate structure, which allows for flexible replacement; The base is made of aluminum alloy material and can be customized with screw holes, which is convenient for connecting and clamping with multi-dimensional adjustment frames, and is sturdy and durable.
