At present, there are two types of wood plastic extrusion production lines: one-step method is commonly used for producing PVC wood plastic products, and two-step method is used for producing PP/PE wood plastic products. The screw barrel adopts bimetallic treatment, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with good mixing and plasticization, high output, energy saving and consumption reducing. It can adapt to filling up to 50-70% of wood powder or other plant fibers. The optimized screw design has low shear force and is not easy to cut wood fibers, which can make the material stay in the machine for a uniform time. The extruder can be used for single-stage mixing and direct extrusion, or two-step extrusion after granulation, which saves energy and space, has the characteristics of high output, stable extrusion pressure, and good plasticizing and mixing effect.
This production line can produce PE, PP or PVC wood plastic profiled products, mainly used for pallets, packaging box boards, flooring, outdoor decorative materials, etc., with a wide range of applications. After adding or replacing different components, it can be used to produce plastic steel profiles, buckle plates, window sills, hanging wall panels, corrugated panels, as well as building materials such as wood plastic flooring, guardrails, door panels, door frames, and lines. It is also an ideal choice for producing a series of WPC products such as wood plastic pallets, indoor and outdoor flooring, guardrails, pallet boards, and outdoor landscape materials.
