The pour point pour point analyzer for petroleum products is produced using imported Japanese technology and complies with GB/T 510. This instrument adopts the principle of compressor refrigeration, a closed bath, equipped with a tilt bracket and tilt point sleeve, and is equipped with an intelligent digital display controller. The refrigeration system of this instrument consists of a compressor, a filter, a capillary choke, an evaporator, and various connecting pipelines. The refrigerant absorbs heat and expands through the evaporator, and the expanded gas is compressed by the compressor into the exhaust pipeline to form high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which then enters the condenser to cool into liquid. Then, it is throttled and depressurized by the capillary tube and enters the evaporator to evaporate and absorb heat, achieving the purpose of refrigeration. After the refrigerant evaporates, it is compressed by the compressor into the exhaust pipe and enters the condenser, thus working repeatedly to achieve cyclic refrigeration. The temperature control system is controlled by an intelligent digital temperature controller through PID adjustment to achieve fixed-point temperature control. The control signal output by the temperature controller triggers the solid-state relay, causing the heating tube to work and counteract the cooling capacity generated by the compressor refrigeration system, keeping it constant at the temperature we need.
