PNL and PN mud pumps are made of wear-resistant alloy materials for their flow-through parts, which have a long service life. The open impeller is connected by a threaded shaft, and the gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to maintain high efficiency

Structure Description of PN Mud Pump

(1) The wear bearing parts of the PN mud pump overflow section are made of wear-resistant cast iron, which has a long service life. (2) The gap between the impeller and the guard plate of the PN mud pump can be adjusted in a timely manner to maintain high work efficiency. (3) The bearings of the PN mud pump with a diameter of 4 inches or more are directly installed in the horizontal middle bracket, which is easy to disassemble and adjust in a timely manner. A water-cooled coil is also installed in the oil tank, which changes the working conditions of the bearings.
