PMI rail selection, MSA55LS rail model, Anang Mall one-stop service
PMI linear guide rail——Mechanical guide rails should have satisfactory guiding accuracy during both no-load and cutting conditions to ensure the accuracy of guide rail movement, which is a condition for ensuring the quality of guide rail mission. The primary factors that affect guidance accuracy include: the structural method of the guide rail, the precision and touch accuracy of the guide rail, the stiffness of the guide rail and base components, the thickness and stiffness of the oil film on the guide rail, and the thermal deformation of the guide rail and base components.
(1) PMI Linear Guidebook - Mechanical Guidebook Precision
The approximate accuracy of a linear movable guide generally includes: the straightness of the guide in the vertical plane (referred to as A-precision), the straightness of the guide in the degree plane (referred to as B-precision), and the parallelism between the two guide surfaces, also known as distortion (referred to as C-precision). In both A-precision and C-precision, the straightness of the guide in each meter of length and the straightness of the entire length of the guide are determined. In C-precision, the distortion value between the two guide surfaces in the horizontal direction per meter of length is determined. The tolerances for the three accuracies A, B, and C mentioned above can be found in the relevant machine tool accuracy inspection standards.
(2) PMI Linear Guide - Mechanical Guide Touch Accuracy
The surface of the guide rail for precision planing, grinding, and scraping shall have a touch accuracy in accordance with the rules of JB2278-78. The coloring method shall be used for review, and the number of touch points within the percentage area occupied by the touch surface shall be used for weighing.
