Simulate environmental elements

  • lighting simulationUsing fluorescent ultraviolet lamps (UVA or UVB type) to simulate shortwave ultraviolet radiation in sunlight, with UVB-313 tubes accelerating aging (suitable for weather resistant material testing) and UVA-351 tubes more closely fitting indoor lighting scenes through window glass.

  • Wet simulationSimulate the erosion of materials by dew and rainwater through condensation cycle (heating the reservoir to generate hot steam, making the humidity in the testing room reach 100%) or water spray system. It is recommended to last at least 4 hours for a single condensation cycle.

  • temperature controlMaintain high temperature environments during the illumination and condensation stages, such as 50 ℃ -75 ℃ during the UV irradiation stage and 40 ℃ -60 ℃ during the condensation stage. Blackboard thermometers are used to monitor the surface temperature of the sample in real-time.
