PILZ 750110 safety relay
PILZ 750110 (PNOZ s10 24VDC) is a multi contact instantaneous safety relay of the PNOZsigma series, with 4-channel safety output, high safety level, and compact anti-interference as its core advantages. It is designed for high-speed, continuous, and multi device linkage safety control scenarios in the textile industry, meeting the top safety standards of ISO 13849-1 PL e/Cat.4 and IEC 61508 SIL 3. It is suitable for the entire process equipment of cleaning, carding, drawing, roving, fine yarn, winding, weaving, etc. It is the core control component of textile automation safety circuits.
1、 Core Technical Parameters (Suitable for Textile Industry Scenarios)
1. Basic electrical and structural parameters
Model: 750110 (PNOZ s10 24VDC 4 n/o 1 n/c), powered by 24V DC (-15%/+20%), with a power consumption of 2W.
Input configuration: Dual channel independent input, compatible with normally open/normally closed contact type safety devices, supports short circuit detection between contacts, adapts to textile equipment emergency stop, safety door, grating and other signal access.
Output configuration: 4 safety normally open instantaneous contacts (N/O), 1 auxiliary normally closed contact (N/C), contact specifications AC15 240V/5A, DC13 24V/4A, forced guiding structure to eliminate adhesion risks.

Diagnosis and Reset: The panel integrates power, channels, outputs, and fault LED indicators, supports manual/monitoring reset, and fault locking output for quick on-site troubleshooting.

Self detection: Built in full cycle self detection, real-time monitoring of input short circuits, contact adhesion, channel faults, and power supply abnormalities. In case of faults, the safety output is immediately cut off to prevent dangerous outputs.
Response speed: Input output response ≤ 20ms, suitable for high-speed shutdown requirements of textile equipment, avoiding yarn breakage and equipment damage.
2、 Core application scenarios in the textile industry
1. Clearing/carding/drawing process: high-speed equipment safety interlock
Safety control of cotton cleaning machine: Monitor the emergency stop, safety door, and cotton blockage detection signals of the cotton grabbing machine, cotton opening machine, and cotton cleaning machine. In case of abnormalities, instantly cut off the main motor and the power of the beater to prevent cotton roll entanglement and personnel involvement, and adapt to the raw cotton pretreatment production line.
Combing machine safety protection: Monitor the safety door, cover plate lifting, and doff speed abnormal signals of the carding machine. Stop immediately in case of malfunction to avoid damage to the cylinder, cover plate, and personnel, and adapt to the cotton fiber combing process.
Drawing machine safety interlock: Monitor the drawing machine safety door, strip breakage detection, roller overload signal, instantly cut off power, prevent roller gripper and cotton strip entanglement, and adapt to the cotton strip merging process.
2. Roving/Fine Spinning Process: Spinning Equipment Safety Monitoring
Roving machine safety control: Monitor the safety door, spindle speed, and dragon rib lifting limit signal of the roving machine. In case of abnormalities, stop the machine instantly to avoid spindle injury and dragon rib collision, and adapt to the roving forming process.
Fine yarn machine safety protection: As the core controller of the emergency stop circuit of the fine yarn machine, it monitors the emergency stop button, safety door, and yarn breakage detection signal, instantly cuts off the spindle and roller power, prevents roller gripper and yarn entanglement, and is suitable for the core process of fine yarn spinning.
Multi machine linkage control: Four safety outputs can simultaneously control the main contactors of multiple spinning machines and roving machines, achieving cluster safety interlocking and adapting to multi equipment linkage production lines in textile workshops.
3. Winding/Weaving Process: Continuous Production Safety Assurance
Automatic winding machine safety interlock: monitors the safety door of the winding machine, the speed of the groove drum, and abnormal signals of yarn tension, stops instantly, avoids injury to the groove drum and yarn breakage, and adapts to the yarn winding process.
Weaving machine safety control: Monitor the safety doors, warp tension, and weaving shaft limit signals of air-jet looms and rapier looms. In case of a malfunction, immediately cut off the power of weft insertion and beating to prevent weaving machine collisions and warp yarn breakage, and adapt to the fabric weaving process.
Conveyor line safety protection: Monitor the emergency stop, rope switch, and grating signals of the yarn conveyor line and fabric roll conveyor line, instantly stop the machine, prevent material jamming and personnel from entering by mistake, and adapt to the textile logistics conveying system.
4. Textile auxiliary equipment: General safety control
Air compressor/air conditioning system: Monitor the safety doors, abnormal pressure, and temperature signals of the air compressor and central air conditioning in the textile workshop, instantly cut off power, and ensure the safe operation of auxiliary equipment.
Dust removal/exhaust system: Monitor the overload and blockage signals of dust removal fans and exhaust equipment, stop immediately in case of faults, avoid dust explosions and equipment damage, and adapt to the dust removal system in textile workshops.
