4. The processing program is automatically generated by the automatic programming system, and the input/output of the program can be communicated with the computer through RS232 serial port, CF card, and USB flash drive, making program management fast and convenient.

5. The automatic feeding and unloading of sheet materials rely on electromagnetic suction cups, which prevent the steel plate from falling when the power is off. The suction cup holder is lifted and lowered by a motor driven gearbox and rack guide rail, and the entire device is horizontally moved forward and backward by a motor driven gear driven double-sided drive.

6. The clamp automatically retracts without any processing dead zone, and the clamp position is automatically detected.

7. Non contact detection of board end position
