The future development prospects are broad, as it gradually replaces traditional materials such as PC, PVC, PMMA, etc. due to its good performance and price advantages. Especially in the field of decoration, the usage is increasing. The main reason is the previous use of PVC decorative film, which is made of PVC raw material. However, the price of PVC has been soaring, and coupled with people's increasing environmental awareness, PVC decorative film will produce unpleasant and toxic gases during the manufacturing process, causing environmental pollution. With the support of these two reasons, PETG decorative film has been significantly applied.

2、 Introduction to Pet Decorative Film Production Equipment

The PETG decorative film production equipment manufactured by our company uses extrusion method to produce PETG decorative film. With our newly designed model and exquisite manufacturing technology, the PETG decorative film produced has good flatness and no defects (such as crystal dots, white dots, black dots) on the surface without longitudinal and transverse patterns.

Our main equipment models are two single screw extruders for co extrusion, one twin-screw extruder, and one single screw extruder for co extrusion. The quality of PETG decorative film produced by different models may vary, mainly due to differences in film transparency. We generally recommend using a single screw extruder for producing high gloss PETG film, and a twin-screw extruder for producing color film, as this can reduce overall costs.

3、 Introduction to GAG sheets

GAG sheet is a composite sheet material with many advantages and a wide range of applications. It has three layers of sheet material composite,The upper, middle, and lower layers are PETG-AETG-PETG.Product Features·good transparencyThe transparency can reach over 90%, and the texture is good. The sheet used for vacuum packaging of products that require high transparency is called hard film or film. PS hard sheets have low density, poor toughness, and are easy to burn. When burned, they produce styrene gas (a harmful gas), so they are generally used to produce various industrial vacuum formed trays. PVC hard sheets have moderate toughness and are not easy to burn. When burned, chlorine gas is produced, which has a certain impact on the environment. PVC is easy to heat seal and can be sealed with sealing machines and high-frequency machines. It is the main raw material for producing transparent vacuum formed products.
