PE100 water supply pipe |
1、 Performance characteristics of PE water supply pipeline:
PE100 is the third generation of specialized material for pipes, following PE63 and PE80. Its meaning is that polyethylene pipes can maintain a minimum required strength (MRS) of 10MPa even after the 1950s at 20 ℃, and have excellent resistance to rapid cracking and crack growth. Its development has significantly improved the mechanical properties of polyethylene, and the sanitary and anti-aging properties of pipes have reached a perfect unity. Compared with other pipes, PE100 polyethylene pipes have more stable chemical properties, better physical and mechanical properties, and better health and environmental protection performance, which makes them stand out among many pipes and are widely used in various fields. Excellent performance and characteristics of PE100 polyethylene pipeline:
1. Long service life - when transporting water at room temperature (20 ℃), it is conservatively estimated that it can be safely used for more than 50 years.
2. Corrosion resistance and good performance - PE100 polyethylene is chemically inert, and natural substances in soil will not cause any corrosion. It is suitable for various soil environments and requires minimal maintenance during operation. The inner wall is smooth, never scales, does not breed bacteria and mold, and can resist corrosion from marine microorganisms and algae.
3. Good flexibility and impact resistance - The inherent elasticity and flexibility of PE100 polyethylene make the pipe bendable, able to withstand impact pressure, water hammer, vibration, and pressure generated by soil movement. Therefore, it can be laid in a snake shape, easily bypassing obstacles, and has been proven to resist natural disasters such as earthquakes and geological subsidence.
4. Green and environmentally friendly pipe material - non-toxic material, no heavy metal additives or pigments added during processing, safe and hygienic transportation of drinking water
5. Wear resistance performance - Due to its smooth and tough inner surface, PE100 polyethylene pipes have more than four times the wear resistance of steel pipes when transporting slurry and sand.
6. Good anti-aging performance - PE100 polyethylene pipe is black and blue, which can effectively resist ultraviolet rays in the sun and enhance the anti-aging performance of the pipe.
7. High safety factor - PE100 pipes have stronger resistance to pressure cracking, so using PE100 can ensure the highest safety factor among various polyethylene pipe series today.
8. Higher stiffness - PE100 adopts the molecular weight bimodal distribution technique during synthesis, which enables it to maintain good processing performance while having higher stiffness. Stiffness can enable pipes to withstand higher external pressure, making them more suitable for large-diameter pipes.
9. Energy saving water transmission - The inner wall of PE100 polyethylene pipeline is very smooth and has non wetting characteristics, generating small frictional resistance and achieving high flow rate. The energy-saving effect is significant, and compared with traditional steel pipelines, it can save 30% energy.
10. Good installation performance - due to its light weight and flexibility, it is easy to transport and install. A fully welded leak free system can be obtained through butt welding or electric fusion welding (large-diameter pipe fittings can be welded into shape).
11. Good economic performance - Compared with other pipelines, PE100 polyethylene pipes can increase installation productivity by 5-10%, reduce pipeline costs by 13%, save construction costs by 20-30%, and have extremely low pipeline leakage rates, thus greatly reducing operation, management, and maintenance costs.
Therefore, PE100 polyethylene pipes can be widely used for: urban tap water supply; Beverage and food industry; Petrochemical industry; Acid-base industry; Water conservancy and farmland irrigation; Mud and slurry transportation; Industrial and domestic pollution discharge; Cable protection; Various fields such as marine aquaculture and water transportation.
2、 Application scope of PE water supply pipe:
Due to its series of advantages, PE pipes can be widely used in various fields such as urban tap water supply, beverage and food industry, petrochemical industry, acid sealing industry, water conservancy and farmland irrigation, mud and slurry transportation, industrial and domestic sewage discharge, cable protection, seawater aquaculture and seawater transportation.
3、 Product standard:
The PE100 water supply pipeline system is produced in accordance with the GB/T13663-2000 and Q/TRL05-2002 standards, which are equivalent to international standards. The product quality is stable and the performance is reliable.
