Jiete Biological PCR sealing film can be used for 96 well conventional PCR experiments, qPCR experiments, sample storage, etc. We offer two types of sealing films to choose from: ordinary PCR sealing film and qPCR sealing film.

*Composed of an upper layer of PP film that meets USP Class VI standards and a lower layer of medical grade adhesive

QPCR sealing film material:

*Composed of high transparency PP film that meets USP Class VI standards and medical grade adhesive on the upper layer

QPCR sealing membrane characteristics:

*Using innovative adhesives, it is safe to seal while not easily adhering to the skin and gloves

*Good sealing, low evaporation, preventing cross contamination of samples between pores

*No spontaneous fluorescence, suitable for fluorescence quantitative PCR
