PCB5208 intelligent closed flash point tester
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 5208-2008 "Determination of Flash Point - Rapid Equilibrium Closed Cup Method", and can meet the requirements of petroleum, chemical, coating, paint, railway, aviation, power, commercial inspection and scientific research units for rapid testing of the closed flash point of petroleum products.
This instrument is particularly suitable for testing the closed cup flash point of various paints, coatings, adhesives, solvents, petroleum and related products within the range of -30 ℃ to 50 ℃. This instrument also meets the requirements of ISO 1523 and ISO 3679 standards.
1、 Main technical features
1. Designed according to the standard GB/T 5208-2008 "Determination of Flash Point - Rapid Equilibrium Closed Cup Method", the aim is to achieve rapid and low-temperature testing of the flash point of a closed cup.
2. Using semiconductor refrigeration devices and external cooling water cooling devices, the instrument has a small volume, fast cooling speed, and is easy to use.
3. There are few test samples, and only 2ml is needed for each injection (4ml for solid or semi-solid samples).
4. Except for ignition, the testing process is automatically completed and the test results are automatically printed.
5. Adopting touch screen control technology, all operation and control are completed on the display screen, with advanced functions and convenient operation.
6. Special customization is required for acid and alkali resistant cups
