Product Introduction

The Oxygen Analyzer is a high-precision instrument designed for continuous and real-time measurement of oxygen concentration in gases or molten metals. Built for use in demanding environments such as steelmaking, combustion control, heat treatment, and environmental monitoring, this analyzer ensures optimal process efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Whether used in a high-temperature furnace or a low-oxygen atmosphere, the Oxygen Analyzer delivers accurate, fast, and reliable results, enabling industries to make data-driven process decisions.

The oxygen concentration diagram of molten steel: As shown in the figure above, the oxygen content is measured using a two-channel temperature curve to collect the comprehensive results of the temperature and oxygen potential in molten steel. The temperature capture accuracy is ±1℃. Finally, the oxygen content of molten steel is calculated based on the temperature platform temperature and oxygen potential.

Product Features

Real-time Measurement: Continuous monitoring of oxygen levels with fast response times.

Wide Measuring Range: Suitable for detecting oxygen concentrations from trace levels (ppm) up to 100%.

High-Temperature Operation: Models available for environments up to 1700°C (e.g., molten steel applications).

Sensor Technologies: Supports zirconia-based, electrochemical, or paramagnetic sensors depending on application.

FAQ

Q1: What type of sensor should I choose?

A: Zirconia sensors are ideal for high-temperature and molten metal environments; electrochemical sensors are  suitable for low-temperature gas applications.

Q2: Is calibration required?

A: Yes, periodic calibration ensures long-term accuracy. Many models offer auto or semi-auto calibration.

Q3: Can the analyzer be used in explosive atmospheres?

A: Explosion-proof models are available for hazardous areas—please specify your safety zone requirements.

Q4: What is the typical maintenance interval?

A: Minimal—most sensors require occasional cleaning and calibration every few weeks or months.

Q5: Is it suitable for continuous operation?

A: Absolutely. The analyzer is designed for 24/7 continuous operation in industrial environments.
