1. Physical protection

  • Explosion proof cabinet structure: Made of high-quality steel plates, it has a 4-hour fire-resistant safety, ensuring that in the event of thermal runaway of the batteries inside the cabinet, flames and high temperatures will not spread to adjacent compartments and the external environment.

  • Pressure relief and explosion-proof design: The top of the cabinet is equipped with an explosion-proof window, and a pressure relief plate is embedded inside. When a sudden high voltage is generated due to battery explosion, the pressure relief port will open, directing the flame and shock wave towards a safe direction (usually upward) to prevent the entire cabinet from exploding and protect users and surrounding facilities.

  • Insulation and flame retardancy: The interior of the cabinet is lined with fire-resistant insulation materials, effectively blocking heat transfer.


2. Electricity management

  • Intelligent recognition and matching: The charging cabinet does not simply provide power, it integrates an intelligent charging module inside, which can automatically identify the voltage, capacity and other parameters of the connected battery, and output the charging curve to avoid overcharging caused by mismatch.

3. Safety monitoring and disposal

  • Integrated temperature and humidity sensors are installed inside the cabinet to monitor the surface temperature of the battery in real-time. Equipped with explosion-proof gas detectors, it can detect and issue alarms in the very early stages of a fire (smoldering stage).
