1. Unmanned operation

The system automatically completes heating, peeling, temperature control, compressor cooling, cooling water circulation, and distillation endpoint determination.

2. Heating module

Adopting excellent far-infrared ceramic radiation heating technology, with no open flame, low power consumption, high efficiency, long service life, uniform heating, non explosive boiling, and corrosion resistance. The heating components can be controlled separately and do not interfere with each other.

3. Cold water circulation module

External Cold Water: Equipped with an external cooling water circulation machine, it is easy to operate and flexible to use.

4. Software operation

Suspended 7-inch high-definition touch LCD screen, which can be flexibly moved to prevent liquid corrosion.

5. Distilled liquid anti backflow suction

One way valve anti backflow protection: Customized glass condenser tube with built-in glass one-way valve. When the instrument automatically stops heating, it avoids backflow caused by negative pressure inside the flask due to cooling.

6. Distillation dual-mode

Weighing distillation: (1-600) grams can be freely set, using a high-precision weighing endpoint detection module, and the distillation will automatically stop at the endpoint.

Scheduled distillation: (1-600) minutes can be set arbitrarily, and distillation will be carried out according to the set time. Distillation will automatically stop at the scheduled time.

Two modes can be freely selected, and each unit distillation mode can be independently set.

7. Simple operation interface

The distillation apparatus is equipped with six distillation methods, which can be directly selected without the need for frequent input of duplicate data. You can also customize the method according to experimental requirements and save the application.

8. Automatic precision distillation

The screen dynamically displays the current working status in real-time, and automatically stops heating and beeps an alarm prompt when the distillation volume reaches the set value.
