Type/Function

The pump adopts a compact modular design. Modular construction systems enable quick replacement of individual components without the need for special tools. The pumped liquid provides lubrication for the sleeve bearings. This means that the pump does not require maintenance. It is necessary to avoid the operation of non pumped liquids (dry running) and liquids containing particles. Only use IEC standard motors that comply with DIN/EN 60034 and VDE 0530 as motors. All pumps in the M series are available with threaded or flanged connections. The MCA series magnetic driven standard chemical pump is a centrifugal pump based on the principle of flow motor. Magnetic drive pumps do not require shaft seals and are absolutely leak free. MARCH VANE-MAG ® The MP series pump is a rotary positive displacement pump, driven by magnetic force and made of non-metallic materials. In terms of characteristics, rotary vane pumps generate low volume flow rates, have medium to high discharge pressures, and almost no pulsation. Its working principle is based on radial sliding blades rotating in eccentric stator boreholes. The pump casing is made of corrosion-resistant solid block plastic, such as PP or PVDF. The motor power is transmitted to the hydraulic part of the pump through the force locking connection of the strong neodymium permanent magnet. This allows the pump to operate without any shaft seals, ensuring liquid safety and maintenance free, without leaking corrosive, toxic, and explosive liquids. March Pump's Industrial 893-14 is an American submersible unsealed centrifugal magnetic drive pump that is highly suitable for applications such as chemical recycling, chemical transport, and heat transfer. It can generate a maximum flow rate of 2.7 gallons per minute at 1 foot and a maximum head of 10.6 feet (4.5 PSI). The standard wet end (material in contact with the solution) is composed of Noryl, nylon, carbon/polytetrafluoroethylene, butadiene rubber, stainless steel, and ceramic magnets. When immersed, epoxy resin, polyoxymethylene resin, and motor leads will also come into contact with the solution. The inlet connection is 3/8-inch internal pipe thread, and the outlet is 3/8-inch smooth. The standard motor is a 0.006 horsepower DC brushless motor with a voltage of 24 volts.
