The S49 series rotary vibrating screen (formerly known as HXS rotary screen) is a new type of high-precision fine particle screening equipment, which is divided into ordinary motor type and vibration motor type.

The ordinary motor-driven vibrating screen drives the heavy hammer to vibrate through a soft connection transmission mechanism, causing the screen body to produce a complex spatial three-dimensional curve. This vibration trajectory causes the screen body to produce a screening effect. By adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower heavy hammers, the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed.
The excitation source of the sieve body is installed at the bottom of the sieve, and various layers of sieve frames and mesh frames are installed on the bottom of the sieve. After each component is fastened, it forms a whole reference vibration. The reference vibration components are supported by spring isolation (rubber springs or cylindrical spiral springs). The material is fed through the middle hole at the top of the sieve, and the discharge port is located on the side of each layer of the sieve frame, which can be changed in position at will. The spatial phase angle and the motion trajectory of the material on the sieve surface are shown in the diagram.
