Overview
The open type three temperature zone tube furnace uses silicon carbon rods as heating elements, with a rated temperature of 1300 ℃ and a maximum temperature of 1400 ℃. Using electronic control temperature instruments and S-type thermocouples, programmable 30 segment program temperature control, temperature control accuracy 1 ℃. The equipment includes a set of 316L stainless steel quick opening flanges and double ring sealing technology, which can be applied to experimental environments such as vacuum or atmosphere sintering. Built in double-layer air-cooled structure, surface temperature ≤ 60 ℃. Install brackets at both ends of the flange to reduce the load on the furnace tube and ensure its service life.
