Online monitoring instrument for water quality hardness
Features: Using chemical sensor technology and electronic technology, the main component adopts large-scale integrated circuits, which work reliably and have stable performance Can replace manual laboratory testing for use in thermal power plants Heating plant Pharmaceuticals. Technical conditions for water quality monitoring of electronic pure water production line: 220V 50Hz working temperature 5-40 ℃ relative humidity<80% input impedance: 1012 ohms technical parameters: indication accuracy: ± 0.1mv ± 0.005mol/L
Online monitoring instrument for water quality hardness
Model: Type 1 digital display, sound Light Electric alarm (desktop, portable)
Type 2 digital display, sound Light Electric alarm control for resin regeneration and backwashing of water softener
Type 3 digital display, sound Light Electrical alarm 4-20mA output or RS485 interface
Instrument installation
1) Install the instrument on the wall;
2) Remove the protective rubber sleeves at the bottom of the main electrode (black) and the auxiliary electrode (glass), insert them into the tube holes on the electrode holder, and if there are bubbles inside the glass electrode, use your fingers to pop them out;
3) Move the electrode holder to the "detection pool" and then place it inside the chassis;
4) The output terminals of the main electrode and the auxiliary electrode are respectively connected to the corresponding sockets of the instrument (at the bottom of the instrument box);
5) Check if the 220V power cord in the instrument box is in good contact with the socket (it may come off during instrument transportation), and insert the AC220V 10A power plug attached to the instrument into the power socket on the right side of the instrument;
6) Connect a bypass at the outlet of the water softener, install a 4-point stainless steel or copper regulating valve, connect a quick plug connector (included), use a 6x1 diameter plastic pipe (randomly included, if not long enough, user provided), and insert it into the interface of the small adjustment valve at the inlet of the "detection tank" inside the instrument;
7) The overflow connecting pipe on the right side of the "detection pool" is connected to the sewer pipe (do not share it with other sewer pipes, as there is no pressure to prevent overflow from not going down. The shorter the overflow pipe, the better, as it is easier to flow out).
Alarm point setting and instrument calibration
A) Alarm point setting
1) Turn the instrument power switch to "ON";
2) Turn the ping pong switch to the "alarm setting" direction on the right;
3) Rotate the "alarm setting" corresponding to the adjustment axis of the potentiometer (on the right) and adjust it to the user's permissionthe highestThe hardness value is the alarm value If the user requires 0.030mMol/L, adjust the knob to C.030, and after adjustment, keep the knob still without moving it!!!;
4) After setting the alarm, turn the ping pong switch to the "standard detection" direction on the left and perform the following calibration:;
B) Instrument calibration
1) Put the standard solution of 0.03mMol/L Ca into the "standard solution cup" (instrument included). To save the standard solution, simply immerse the probe under the water. After using the standard solution once, it should be poured out and replaced with a new one (to prevent dilution and errors);
2) Move the electrode holder containing the main and auxiliary electrodes onto the cup;
3) Double check, the ping pong switch should be turned to the "standard detection" direction
4) Rotate the adjustment axis of the potentiometer (left) corresponding to the "standard detection", slowly adjust it to 0.030mMol/L (consistent with the alarm setting display value), the alarm horn will sound, and the stable display will be 0.030. If there is a change in the number, adjust it slowly until it is stable;
Note: During debugging, rotate the adjustment axis of the "standard detection" corresponding potentiometer. If the number remains the same, always 180 or 0.001, it means there is no signal input. Please check whether the wiring of the corresponding potentiometer (left) in the instrument box is poorly soldered or detached. Please use an electric soldering iron to solder it on. If the number is too large or too small and the potentiometer adjustment does not change, you can exchange the two potentiometers to see if there is a problem with the potentiometers.
5) After adjustment, do not move the "standard detection" potentiometer anymore!!!!
To ensure accurate detection and prevent instrument drift, calibrate with standard solution at least once a day!!! (Change the standard solution every time!) (Repeat steps A and B above)
Three softened water testing
1) Move the electrode holder containing the main and auxiliary electrodes onto the "detection cell";
2) Introduce softened water into the "detection tank" and slowly adjust the regulating valve to allow the water flow to slowly flow into the detection tank. You can see that each drop is slowly flowing down, not too fast, which is both water-saving and stable in display; (Check if there are any bubbles on the surface of the positive electrode, and if so, pull it out and gently blow it off);
3) After 2 minutes, the hardness value displayed by the instrument is relatively stable, which is the hardness value of the softened water;
4) Exceeding 0.03mMol/L, sound and light alarm The two sets of normally open contacts of the relay are closed;
5) The hardness of softened water constantly changes, and the displayed hardness value follows suit.
Attention: a) After using the main and auxiliary electrodes for a period of time, if there is a large fluctuation in the digital display, first unscrew the main electrode head and check if there is a shortage of filling liquid in the electrode. If there is less, slowly add a few drops of calcium filling liquid along a vertical groove in the head to 2/3 of the volume inside the electrode head (the instrument comes with a small bottle, like a medicine bottle).
b) The auxiliary electrode (glass tube electrode) should be checked regularly for its lower end presence KClIf there is no crystal, the upper cap can be removed and slowly added from this mouth (AR grade) KClChemical reagent stores are available for self purchase.
If there is no improvement after testing, it indicates that the electrode has failed and a new electrode needs to be purchased.
(Main electrode 600.00, auxiliary electrode 200.00, manufacturer can supply after remittance)
