4、 Torque adjustment
A torsion spring is used to adjust the output torque of the shaft. On the contrary, the smaller the specific gravity of the measured object, the weaker the spring can be adjusted, and the sensitivity of the blade will be better.
Please do not replace the elasticity of the torsion spring at will to avoid misoperation.

5、 Precautions for use
1. Installation should be avoided at the inlet;
When installing in blocks with a particle diameter greater than 15mm or less than 7 meters below the feeding port, a probe cover should be added;
When measuring powders with high viscosity, they should be installed vertically from the top of the container or inserted diagonally from the side wall.
When the temperature of the probe exceeds 120 ℃, due to the shortened lifespan of the piezoelectric element, it is necessary to regularly check whether the switch action is normal.
6、 Install instance
Taking MN3177-10AG as an example of the installation size of the storage tank, the method of directly installing it on the barrel wall is shown in the figure. Insert one end of the blade into the opening of the barrel groove at an angle of about 35 °, wait for the other end of the blade to pass through half the thickness of the barrel wall, and then slowly turn it to the right, and then lock the screw teeth.
