The circular aperture CKX3-SLPAS of PLN2X objective lens has a field of view of 22mm and a diameter of 11mm. Therefore, using this objective lens to observe can screen the cells of interest and obtain a faster cell culture process. This 2X objective has significantly higher contrast compared to other objectives, and can even provide clear recognition of transparent targets in the sample. For example, when observing a 96 well microplate, a wide field of view allows for the observation of all cells within a well without the need to move the stage.
