The oil mist eliminator is suitable for mechanical vacuum pumps (slide valve vacuum pumps or rotary vane vacuum pumps).
During the use of mechanical vacuum pumps, when operating under extreme vacuum conditions, there is no oil mist discharged from the pump exhaust port. In addition, when working under any other intake pressure, oil mist or droplets will be discharged from the pump exhaust port, greatly causing environmental pollution. The oil mist eliminator is designed to improve this situation, and it relies on the filter element in the oil mist eliminator to prevent the oil mist from being discharged outward. The mesh hole diameter of the filter element is smaller than the diameter of the oil mist molecules, which blocks the oil mist molecules inside the filter element to prevent the oil mist from being discharged outward. The filter element is composed of multiple layers of mesh. Once an oil mist eliminator is installed at the exhaust port of the pump, the pump's exhaust port will basically eliminate oil mist, and the effect is very significant.
