1、 Product Features

1. The oil immersed AC test transformer adopts metal fixed leads and voltage equalization, thereby eliminating discharge phenomena. The traditional oil immersed test transformer high-voltage output end is sealed with epoxy resin. Due to the large amount of bubbles generated when epoxy resin is injected under normal conditions, discharge occurs at the high-voltage lead part.

2. The oil immersed AC test transformer oil tank has a compact structure, novel appearance, and a volume and weight that are less than about 20% of the volume of traditional products.

3. The iron core of the oil immersed AC test transformer is a single frame core type, which is made of cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets stacked together and fastened with new special materials, replacing the traditional through core screw. The coil is a concentric cylindrical multi-layer tower structure.

2、 Working principle

High voltage oil immersed test transformer: Input the power frequency into the operation box (or console), adjust the voltage through an autotransformer, and input it to the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, power frequency high voltage can be obtained in the secondary (high voltage) winding. This power frequency high voltage can be rectified by a high voltage silicon stack and filtered by capacitors to obtain a direct current high voltage, with an amplitude 1.4 times the effective value of the power frequency high voltage. However, when using DC, the short-circuit rod should be pulled out, and when using AC, the short-circuit rod should be inserted.

In order to simultaneously satisfy the contradiction between high voltage and low current in a transformer, the high-voltage winding is divided into two windings for winding, one with high current and the other with low current, and then the two windings are connected in series and led out separately.
