Rich application modes:
1. Piece rate weighing - This application mode can calculate the quantity of a single weight item and can be used for inventory control, parts packaging, acceptance, distribution, and vote counting. Scout
The Pro portable balance has two options for piece weighing, standard piece weighing and enhanced piece weighing. In standard piece weighing, the balance determines the single weight of the sample based on the number of reference samples, and calculates the number of samples based on this.
In enhanced piece rate weighing, if the increased sample quantity is less than the sample quantity measured in the previous weighing, the balance will automatically calculate the sample weight based on the current total amount and total sample quantity.
2. Percentage weighing - This mode can be used for comparing the weight of mixed samples and rapid weight detection. In this mode, first place the sample on the scale as a reference weight, and the reference weight will be displayed as 100%. Then, other loads placed will be displayed as a percentage compared to the reference weight.
3. Accumulated Weighing - This function can utilize Scout Pro's memory to save the accumulated sum of a series of weighing operations. Unlike other scales, Scout Pro allows cumulative values to increase up to the limit allowed by the display screen.
