Overview
The RT2201E wastewater offline testing total organic carbon analyzer adopts high-temperature catalytic combustion oxidation method. The sample and purified gas (high-purity oxygen) are respectively introduced into the high-temperature combustion tube and low-temperature reaction tube. The sample passing through the high-temperature combustion tube is subjected to high-temperature catalytic oxidation, and both organic carbon and inorganic carbon are converted into carbon dioxide. After the sample passing through the low-temperature reaction tube is acidified, the inorganic carbon is decomposed into carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide produced in the two reaction tubes is sequentially introduced into the non dispersive infrared gas detector NDIR through carrier gas transportation, and CO ₂ is detected.

Total Organic Carbon (TOC) AnalyzerThe high-temperature catalytic combustion oxidation method was adopted, and the sample was introduced into a high-temperature combustion tube and a low-temperature reaction tube together with purified gas (high-purity oxygen). The sample passing through the high-temperature combustion tube was subjected to high-temperature catalytic oxidation, and both organic and inorganic carbon were converted into carbon dioxide. After the sample passing through the low-temperature reaction tube was acidified, the inorganic carbon was decomposed into carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide produced in the two reaction tubes was sequentially introduced into the non dispersive infrared gas detector NDIR through carrier gas transportation, and CO ₂ was detected. Thus, the total carbon (TC) and inorganic carbon (IC) in the water were measured separately. The difference between total carbon and inorganic carbon is called total organic carbon (TOC). 2、 Product Features

1. High temperature catalytic oxidation can efficiently oxidize difficult to digest organic carbon, making the product easy to analyze high concentration TOC samples;

2. Rapid analysis (1-4 minutes);

3. Higher safety, the combustion furnace heating adopts multiple protections, an overheat protection circuit independent of the temperature control system, and the overheating can automatically cut off the heating to ensure product safety;

4. Real time traffic monitoring to maintain stable flow paths and ensure data reliability;

5. Multi directional cleaning and blowing of pipelines can clean internal circuits according to operational requirements, greatly reducing the occurrence of failures and instrument maintenance time;

6. The instrument automatically discharges waste, acid and feed, and the acid feed rate is controlled stably;

7. Less sample and reagent consumption, each measurement requires 0.5 μ L of high-purity water, 2ml of acid reagent (during IC testing), and approximately 2000ml of high-purity oxygen (under standard conditions, flow rate of 100ml/min, ventilation time of 20min);

The CO ₂ detection of NDIR detector has good linearity and high accuracy. The CO ₂ signal is converted into a peak curve, and then the TOC value (the difference between TC and IC) is calculated by the built-in data processor;

9. The catalytic combustion oxidation method has strong oxidation ability and can almost oxidize all organic compounds with stable performance. The 680 ℃ combustion method is almost below the melting point of all salts, which can prolong the life of the catalyst and combustion tube, especially when the measured object is a water sample containing salt;

10. The instrument uses a high-resolution 7-inch touch screen, an intelligent system, and a fully Chinese interface, making the interface friendly and easy to operate.
