Precautions for using hydraulic system of roadblock equipment:

1. Customers must inform us of the weight of the load before placing an order, so that our company can conduct factory debugging.

2. This product was not filled with hydraulic oil at the time of delivery, and installation requires refueling before commissioning and operation. The amount of oil injected should not exceed 8L.

3. When the oil cylinder is in a contracted state, there may be some pressure inside the system. Do not remove any joints, valves, or plugs to prevent oil leakage from the system. When repairing and maintaining, the piston rod must be fully extended before disassembling the valve or plug. After oil injection, maintenance or repair is completed, it is necessary to fully extend the cylinder rod before tightening the plugs at the oil injection port and other positions.

4. Although this product is designed for long-term immersion operation, in order to improve its trouble free use time and lifespan, it is recommended that customers have a drainage system inside the lifting column.

5. When the actual working conditions are long-term continuous operation or intermittent high-frequency operation, it is recommended to provide external auxiliary cooling for the driving unit. The simplest way is to provide external water cooling for it. At this point, the optimal position for cable outlet is the top outlet.

6. In actual use, it is not advisable to switch rapidly between rising and falling frequently and continuously, as this operation will greatly shorten the lifespan of the motor.

7. After the lifting column descends and retracts, the internal hydraulic cylinder cannot serve as a support rod for the lifting activity tube. Otherwise, prolonged rolling of the vehicle will cause deformation and even damage to the internal life of the hydraulic cylinder.

8. This product controls the forward and reverse rotation of the motor and the hydraulic control reversing valve to complete the hydraulic oil circuit reversing and achieve the lifting action of the hydraulic cylinder. However, it is not recommended to use the limit pressure switch to directly disconnect the power supply of the motor. Please control the on/off of the relay through the pressure switch to control the motor, in order to achieve more stable and long-term normal operation.

2. Assemble when conditions permit, and tighten all fasteners without any looseness during assembly.
