OXT3000 Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer
OXT3000 is a corrosion-resistant direct insertion zirconia oxygen analyzer, suitable for working conditions with corrosive flue gas from 0-700 ℃. It focuses on online oxygen content monitoring, combustion optimization, environmental compliance, and safety monitoring. Its core applications are as follows:
1、 Electricity and solid waste power generation (main scenario)
1. Garbage power plant (incineration of household waste/chemical waste)
Suitable for high corrosion and high dust flue gas, 316L stainless steel anti-corrosion protection pipe, acid and alkali resistant
Monitor furnace/flue oxygen content, optimize air-fuel ratio, improve combustion efficiency, and reduce coal/energy consumption
