Directly set the output optical power
A typical optical attenuator only provides an attenuation amount for the input optical signal and displays this attenuation amount on the screen, but the level value of the output optical signal after passing through the attenuator still needs to be accurately measured using an optical power meter. The OVA-50 optical attenuator with the function of directly setting the output optical power can accurately set and stabilize the output optical signal, which is equivalent to integrating the optical attenuator and optical power meter together. At the same time, it avoids the influence of input signal fluctuations and ensures the stability of the output signal.
