Semi closed punch presses have higher rigidity than open punch presses, eliminating the phenomenon of angular deformation in open punch presses, improving the machining accuracy of stamped workpieces, and extending the service life of molds. For example, when stamping workpieces with high requirements for flatness or perpendicularity, the work of leveling and adjusting the workpiece after forming can be eliminated, which can save a lot of processing costs.
Adopting the classic crankshaft longitudinal placement structure, the rectangular six sided elongated slider guide rail has higher precision, and the friction surface of the guide rail is embedded with bronze plates for better wear resistance and can extend the service life of the mold.
Combination pneumatic friction clutch - brake, compact structure, smooth transmission, sensitive action, easy operation, low noise. Through electrical and pneumatic control, the slider can be abruptly stopped at any position, achieving inch movement, single punch, continuous punch, and emergency stop actions.
Hydraulic overload protection device, overload automatic emergency stop, protects the safety of punching machines and molds, easy to use and reliable. (Optional rigid collapse overload protection device)
The main motor can be a single speed ordinary motor or a continuously variable speed motor.
The gear pair is lubricated with oil, wear-resistant, and has low noise.
Optional pneumatic dual balance cylinder can be equipped to balance the weight of the slider and upper mold, reduce reverse impact and noise, eliminate the gap between the connecting rod and slider, and reduce the impact and wear of the punch press's stressed parts.
Optional mold height electric adjustment, digital display, easy adjustment.
