1. By absorbing advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, we have adopted an electromagnetic disc brake drive motor combined with a series reducer, which is hidden and installed inside the machine tool, resulting in safer, more reliable, and more aesthetically pleasing performance.
2. The friction surface of the guide rail is embedded with bronze plates for better wear resistance.
3. Rectangular blade, four sided grinding, one blade has four cutting edges. When one cutting edge becomes dull, the blade can be rotated and installed. After rotation and installation, a brand new sharp cutting edge will be obtained, which is equivalent to having four blades.
4. Quick and stepless adjustment mechanism for blade clearance, with scale indication signs, easy, fast and accurate adjustment.
5. Equipped with an electric quick adjustment rear material distance device.
6. The front work area adopts a fence style personal safety protection device.
7. The back work area adopts a fence and photoelectric safety protection device to ensure the personal safety of the operators.
8. There is a digital display device for the size of the rear material and the number of cutting times.
