Product Description:

This reagent kit adopts a silica gel column purification method, which is suitable for purification fromQuickly and easily extract total RNA from fresh or frozen anticoagulant blood samples with a volume of ≤ 1.5ml. Generally, 1ml of whole blood sample can purify 1-5 μ g of total RNA without the need for harmful organic substances such as phenol chloroform extraction and time-consuming isopropanol precipitation during the extraction process. This method can effectively remove various inhibitory factors that affect downstream experiments, and purified RNA can be directly used for RT-PCR, Northern hybridization, in vitro translation, and nucleic acid protection. The kit is also suitable for extracting total RNA from cultured cells, tissues, and RNA virus samples.

Blood through red blood cell lysate(ERL) lyse and remove red blood cells, (R6814) add TRK Lysis Buffer to lyse white blood cells, (R6814C) add RNA Solv After reagent lysis of white blood cells, chloroform extraction was added, and the binding conditions were adjusted with 70% ethanol.
