2. Technical principles
Based on "HJ637-2018 Water Quality - Determination of Petroleum and Animal and Vegetable Oils - Infrared Spectrometric Method". Under the condition that the pH of the water sample is ≤ 2, tetrachloroethylene is used as the extraction agent, and the extraction solvent is used to extract the oil substances in the water body in a certain proportion by air flow disturbance. Then, the extraction solvent is dehydrated and introduced into the analysis tank to determine the oil content; After removing polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils by adsorbing the extract with magnesium silicate, determine the petroleum content. The content of oil and petroleum is calculated based on the absorbance A2930, A2960, and A3030 at wavenumbers 2930cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH2 group), 2960cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH3 group), and 3030cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in aromatic ring), respectively, using correction coefficients; The content of animal and vegetable oils is the difference between the content of oil and petroleum.
3. System composition:
Liquid storage unit: used to store the test sample and extraction solvent, can simultaneously store 10 test samples, and the volume of each test sample can range from 10ml to 1000ml.
Preprocessor unit: using airflow disturbance extraction technology, with high extraction efficiency, it completes the extraction and separation of the test sample and extraction solution, and sends the processed sample to the colorimetric cell for analysis by the analysis unit. After analysis is completed, the unit discharges the sample clean and automatically cleans the pipeline of the unit.
Infrared spectroscopy automatic analysis unit: This unit detects samples processed by the pre-processing unit, displays the detection results on the screen, saves the detection results in the computer, and can print according to the format specified by the user.
Fully enclosed waste liquid treatment unit: The tested water sample and solvent are automatically emptied into different waste liquid tanks through airflow, and there is no residual liquid in the pipeline, which does not affect the testing of the next sample; Reduce the amount of waste liquid processed, ensuring safety and reliability; Reduce secondary environmental pollution.
