Measuring principle

PMT01 is a Bourdon tube pressure gauge with an integrated sensor. This pressure gauge can provide a simulated display for reading process pressure on site and provide output signals (e.g. DC 0.5... 4.5 V).

A measurement system with a Bourdon tube will produce pointer rotation proportional to pressure. Electronic angle encoders have been validated in safety conscious automotive applications, which can determine the position of the pointer axis - a non-contact sensor that is completely free of wear and friction. It provides a pressure ratio signal for subsequent processing.

PMT01 is an ideal and reliable integrated pressure measurement system suitable for various applications.

Simply install and seal the pre adjusted system to use. Due to the use of O-rings and support rings for sealing, the pressure measurement system can be efficiently and economically replaced.
