The HZSJ series single piece wet wipe packaging machine is mainly used for producing rectangular folded single piece wet wipes. It can vertically fold, cut, horizontally fold, spray, and compact roll paper or non-woven fabrics of different widths before outputting and entering the packaging process. This machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and photoelectric automatic tracking control system to ensure packaging quality. It is matched with pillow type packaging machine and combined with a fully automatic wet wipe packaging production line.

2. Non woven fabric folding, forming, immersion, extrusion, cutting, feeding, and packaging are fully automated.

3. The packaging length is set and cut immediately, without the need to adjust the empty path. It can be completed in one step, saving time and film, and is convenient to operate.

4. The production is jointly controlled by a Japanese Panasonic inverter, a Japanese Panasonic PLC programming controller, and a fully automatic touch screen. All production parameters are clear at a glance and easy to operate.

5. Both vertical and horizontal seals are controlled by independent PID temperature control systems, with good sealing performance and no water leakage.

6. The equipment casing and parts that can come into contact with the product are all made of stainless steel material.
