Overview

This series of non-contact IC card heat meters has an automatic charging function. After the user goes to the management department to pay, the management department writes the purchased heat value into the non-contact IC card. After the user inputs the data in the card into the meter, the meter automatically opens the valve for heating. When the purchased amount is used up, the meter automatically closes the valve and stops heating, thus avoiding charging disputes and on-site meter reading. This series of heat meters measures the heat released or absorbed by a heat exchange system using water as a medium. It can be used for both household metering heating systems and air conditioning refrigeration systems. A heat meter is an instrument for calculating heat. The working principle of a heat meter is as follows: a pair of temperature sensors are installed on the upstream and downstream pipes passing through the heat transfer fluid, and a flow meter is installed on the fluid inlet or return pipe (the final measurement result varies depending on the location of the flow meter installation). The flow meter emits a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and a pair of temperature sensors provide analog signals indicating the temperature level. The integrator collects signals from the flow and temperature sensors and uses the integration formula to calculate the heat obtained by the heat exchange system.
