It is mainly used for high input pressure requirements, with a pressure of up to 6000PSIG, suitable for pure gas, standard gas, corrosive gas, etc.

1. Use a wrench to reliably connect the inlet and outlet joint threads of the pressure reducer to the cylinder valve threads or high and low pressure side pipelines to prevent gas leakage. Do not rotate the pressure reducer body. Instead, clamp the body and tighten the nut.

2. During the installation process, it should be ensured that the inlet and outlet joints of the pressure reducer do not loosen at the connection with the pressure reducer, otherwise it will cause gas leakage and pose a major safety hazard.

3. Remove oil, water, and dust from the connection between the gas cylinder and pipeline system and the pressure reducer. Once impurities enter the gas pressure reducer, it will cause gas pollution, block gas channels, or cause other troubles.

4. If the threads on the pipeline are deformed and cannot be installed smoothly with the gas pressure reducer, do not forcefully connect them, otherwise it will cause damage to the threads on the pipeline system and gas pressure reducer, leading to serious accidents.

5. Before the gas enters the pressure reducer, it must be confirmed that the pipeline system (including the pressure reducer) has been purged or vacuumed as required.

6. Before the gas enters the pressure regulator, it is necessary to confirm that the pressure regulator handle is in the * loose state (counterclockwise loosen the pressure regulator handle), otherwise the instantaneous pressure during the initial gas supply may damage the diaphragm, resulting in the failure of the pressure regulator, which can seriously endanger personal safety.

7. Slowly open the gas supply valve on the inlet side of the pressure reducer, and use a soap water fire special detector to detect leaks at each connection of the pressure reducer.

▲ Attention: When opening the gas supply valve, the human body should not face or turn away from the pressure reducer.

8. Rotate the pressure regulator handle clockwise to adjust the pressure (or flow) to the desired indicated position on the scale, and use soap water or a specialized detector to detect leaks at each connection of the pressure regulator.

▲ Attention: If any abnormal mechanical vibration, noise, jamming or abnormal pressure increase is found during the gas supply process of the pressure reducer, it indicates that the pressure reducer has a fault and should be stopped immediately.
