In order to ensure the reproducibility, effectiveness, and comparability of the samples, the grinder can be set with time and rate to ensure consistency between each grinding and the next grinding conditions. The time is 3 minutes and the rate is 1500rpm
Efficient and rapid grinding - can quickly and effectively grind 384 samples simultaneously within 3 minutes.
Low temperature grinding environment - immerse the grinding tank or adapter containing the sample in liquid nitrogen and cool for 1-2 minutes. After removal, move it to the host and quickly fix it to start grinding without further freezing treatment, saving liquid nitrogen.
Vertical vibration, no inter batch error, overcomes the inconsistency of various rows of tissues caused by horizontal arc-shaped motion.
Equipped with a unique grinding tank or adapter installation and fixing system, the operator can quickly, easily, and safely fix them. The grinder has a self-locking device to prevent the grinding tank from loosening and falling off during the crushing process, ensuring safe operation.
The adapter fixing device has a safety cover on the outer layer.
