Working principle
The straw baler consists of two parts: baling and coating. When starting to use the integrated machine, we should first place the hemp rope on the baler, thread the hemp rope and place it in the clamping tube. Then, put the film feeding roll into the support shaft of the film feeding frame according to the instructions. First, manually feed the fixed bin through the front of the machine. When the grass bundle is large enough to reach a certain density between the fixed bin and the movable bin, the inert roller above the movable bin and the signal wheel on the left side will rotate evenly. The operator will move the winding clutch handle, and the machine will start reciprocating the rope binding. After winding the rope for one week, the hemp rope will automatically cut off and immediately open the bin for bundling. The grass bundle will fall directly into the rotation of the coating machine through the conveyor belt. On the rack, pull out the film by hand, activate the rotation button, and the rotating rack drives the bundle to rotate. The operator should quickly press the film towards the middle of the bundle synchronously, And as the grass bundle rotates once, it immediately lets go. The silage PE film gradually wraps around the grass bundle layer by layer, and the grass bundle revolves with the rotating frame. When the coating reaches the set number of layers (such as three layers), the clutch automatically disengages, and the rotating frame stops. The operator cuts off the grass film between the grass bundle and the film transport frame, presses the broken end of the grass film into the overlapping end face of the grass bundle, and then removes the wrapped grass bundle from the coating machine, arranges it neatly, and does not stack more than four packages, because it is too high and heavy, which can easily deform the lower layer film and cause air to enter, resulting in grass spoilage and mold damage.
