Applicable for: detection of aflatoxin in traditional Chinese medicine

Scope of application:

This photochemical derivatizer is widely used for HPLC detection of aflatoxin and sulfonamide drugs, and it can enhance the detection of aflatoxin B1And G1Fluorescence intensity of aflatoxin B1And G1The detection limit can reach 0.1 μ g/L; It can also enhance the fluorescence intensity of sulfonamide drugs: sulfamethoxazole, sulfapyridine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfamethoxazole, sulfamethoxazole, sulfoquinoxaline, with a detection limit of around 10 μ g/L.

The photochemical derivatizer is placed between the chromatographic column and the detector for continuous post column photochemical derivatization reactions to improve the sensitivity and/or selectivity of fluorescence, UV, electrochemical detection, and chemiluminescence detectors.

Installment and use

Connect one end of the polytetrafluoroethylene tube on the derivatizer to the outlet end of the chromatography column and the other end to the inlet end of the fluorescence detector, without any connection direction requirements.
