1. Digital display meter black screen

Solution: The digital display may be in sleep mode. Pull any key to return the digital display to its normal working state;

Check if the power cord plug of the digital display is properly plugged in;

Check if the power cord is damaged:

Check if the voltage of the switch power supply is within the range of 15-24VDC ± 10%;

Check if the power indicator light on the front of the digital display has been fully lit.

2. The digital display meter often restarts itself during operation

Check if the power supply voltage is too low or when the voltage is unstable,

Check if the output voltage of the switch power supply is within the range of 15-24VDC ± 10%;

Check if the wiring of each power plug is good.

3. The digital display meter jumps large or the last few digits shake

Check if the digital display is grounded and if the grounding is good;

Check all cable connections for looseness or poor contact;

Check if there is a malfunction in the ball grid sensor and signal extension cable.

4When pressing the button, the digital display shows no response

Panel malfunction;

Unplug the power plug and power it back on after 15 seconds.

  1. Digital display: NO SIG or when 'SIG FAIL'

Check if the digital display is connected to a sensing circuit;

Check for any damage to sensors, cables, and connections;

Power off the enemy display and restart:

Unplug the sensor connector of the shaft and replace it with another shaft to determine whether it is a fault with the digital display or the sensor.

  1. There is an error in the reading of the digital display meter

Check if the sensor type settings are correct:

Check the diameter/radius reading setting of the axis. When set to diameter, the digital display reading is twice the actual value of the monk;

Check if the number of error compensation coefficients is too large;

If segmented error compensation is used, please verify and determine the compensation data

Unplug the sensor connector of the shaft and switch to another shaft to determine if it is a sensor circuit fault:

Check for damage to sensors or cables

Check if the installation of the ball grid ruler or reading head is in accordance with the installation instructions;

Loosen the central screws of the two end ruler brackets, gently move the ball ruler left and right, and judge whether there are foreign objects on the ball grid ruler or reading head based on the resistance of the movement:

Take out the ball ruler and place it on the machine guide rail or other platform. Gently roll the ruler body to check if there is any bending phenomenon on the ball ruler.
