Overview: The natural gas transmission pipelines such as the West East Gas Pipeline and the Sichuan East Gas Pipeline mostly pass through areas with heavy hills and high mountain landforms. The pipelines cross multiple mountain ranges, with high mountains and deep valleys, crisscrossing gullies, steep peaks and steep slopes, and extremely dangerous terrain; In addition, many areas have inconvenient transportation and poor conditions for equipment access roads. In order to ensure the achievement of natural gas quality control goals and standardize measurement management after the natural gas transmission pipeline project is put into operation, York Instrument Company adapts to the needs of the maintenance and repair center and combines with the actual situation on site to integrate various detection equipment and laboratory instruments into one vehicle, so as to improve the ability of cross regional rapid detection and testing, and meet the needs of maintenance, repair and maintenance of natural gas transmission pipelines.
Basic Technical Scheme for YK9900 Testing and Testing Vehicle of Natural Gas Pipeline Maintenance and Repair Center: According to road conditions, special vehicles require the installation of front wheel drive, and two/four-wheel drive models are selected. The inspection vehicle is divided into a driver's cabin, an inspection workshop, and a storage room. The length of the inspection workshop is determined according to the needs. The inspection workshop is equipped with front and rear walls, and instruments are installed on both sides, with a personnel aisle in the middle.
Vehicle selection: The testing and testing vehicle is a modified 11/17 seater high roof light passenger car produced by Nanjing Iveco Company. The car has a beautiful and generous appearance, ample interior space, and good power performance.
Vehicle body renovation:
The car body is divided into two parts using simple partitions, the front part is the passenger compartment and the rear part is the work compartment. The seat is original from IVECO, with high backrest and headrest. The driver's seat can be adjusted back and forth, with good comfort and safety.
The work cabin is covered with specialized composite flooring leather that is anti slip, corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant, antibacterial, and easy to clean and disinfect. The interior of the car is aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain.
Basic equipment:
 (1) Power distribution system: There are two sets of power input systems in the car. The first set uses an external 220V AC power supply from the mains, which enters the UPS through the winding reel and mains interface, and is powered by the UPS for various electrical appliances. The external waterproof socket is installed in the lower corner of the rear of the car, and the mains power can be connected to the UPS power system inside the car through a winding reel and this waterproof socket. The second set is a battery pack as a backup power source. Four sets of six hole sockets are installed at appropriate positions on the workbench, and two or three socket sockets can be selected to connect to 220V power supply for testing equipment, etc. In addition, two sets of UPS sockets are also configured. Install four work lights in the workspace to ensure the needs of testing work. (2) Workbench: Arrange left and right combination anti-static workbenches in the workspace. The workbench is made of waterproof material and is bolted to the vehicle floor. It is bonded to the side panel with high-efficiency imported adhesive, which is firm and reliable, and is not prone to abnormal noise and vibration during operation. The workbench surface is made of specially treated sheet metal, with a smooth surface, easy to clean, and beautiful appearance. Make drawers and instrument cabinets under the countertop as needed. (3) Exhaust system: Equipped with a top mounted exhaust fan to promote air circulation inside the car and keep the air fresh. (4) Water supply and sewage discharge The work cabin is equipped with a set of water supply tank and sewage tank for convenient water and sewage discharge. (5) Other auxiliary equipment: Equipped with three anti-static chairs for laboratory use.
