The main body of the filter is composed of a filter tank, filter mesh, lifting mechanism, automatic slag discharge device, etc. After the filter aid is mixed with the material in the mixing cylinder, it forms a cake layer on the filter screen through the pump. Once a stable cake layer is reached, the small particles of the filter aid can provide countless fine channels to trap suspended impurities, but also allow clear liquids to pass through without blockage. In this way, the material is effectively filtered through the cake layer. The filter plate is composed of multiple layers of stainless steel mesh and is installed on the central aggregate pipe, making installation, disassembly, and cleaning very convenient.
