Soxhlet extraction method, also known as continuous extraction method or Soxhlet extraction method, is a method of extracting compounds from solid substances. Soxhlet extraction method is used for the determination of crude fat content. Fat is widely present in the seeds and fruits of many plants, and measuring the content of fat can be used as an indicator to distinguish its quality. Extraction method is widely used both domestically and internationally, among which Soxhlet extractor method is a classic method recognized by Gong and also the standard method for grain and oil analysis in China. We have developed an intelligent dry bath Soxhlet extractor suitable for simultaneous operation of multiple samples based on this method.

Main features

1. The instrument body adopts a frame integrated design, which is stable and reliable. The main body is made of 1mm thick brand cold-rolled plate with electrostatic powder coating, which is more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant;

5. The heating system can independently control temperature control from room temperature to 300 ℃; Suitable for solvents with different boiling points, the temperature data during the experimental process is recorded in real-time and can be traced back;
6. Equipped with multiple protection devices for overvoltage, overheating, and leakage, the machine can be used for a long time;
7. Equipped with a dedicated chiller, it saves water and has good condensation effect. The condensed water can be drained with one click function to prevent the growth of bacteria after prolonged disuse;
8. The system comes with an instruction manual and a QR code for the service center. Scanning the code with your phone will automatically view the electronic instruction manual and provide a one click link to the service center.
