Structure and Characteristics

1. This equipment consists of components such as heater, evaporator, condenser, cooling device, etc. Designed for the recycling of alcohol and other organic solvents, it increases the evaporation and condensation area. The top of the evaporator is equipped with a defoamer to control the loss rate of organic solvents below 3% (WJQ series).

2. The entire operation process is carried out in a vacuum state to avoid contamination and the generation of bubbles. The evaporation rate is fast, and the concentration density can reach 1.2 or more.

3. The upper cover of the heater is equipped with a quick opening device for easy cleaning. And it can be equipped with an automatic drainage device, which is convenient to operate and reduces labor intensity.
