The JD745X multifunctional water pump control valve consists of a main valve, a regulating valve, and a connecting system. The valve body adopts a DC valve body, and the main valve control chamber is a dual control chamber structure of diaphragm or piston type. The control chamber is added to the general hydraulic control valve, which increases the control function of the main valve and realizes the multifunctional control of slow opening, full opening, slow closing, and cutoff of the water pump outlet. It realizes the multifunctional control of the water pump outlet with one valve and one adjustment.
The takeover system of this product is controlled by a regulating valve. By setting the opening of the regulating valve, various control parameters such as the opening speed and slow closing speed of the main valve can be easily achieved.

Working principle
After the water pump starts, the water pressure acts on the bottom of the main valve disc and the lower chamber of the control room, causing the main valve to open. The water in the upper chamber of the control room is slowly discharged to the outlet end through the regulating valve B, and the main valve slowly opens. Setting the opening degree of the regulating valve can obtain the appropriate opening speed of the main valve. After the water pump stops working, the water pressure at the inlet end rapidly decreases. Under the action of its own weight and spring pressure, most of the openings are quickly closed to prevent water from flowing back. The remaining openings are slowly closed by the combined action of the water pressure in the upper chamber and lower chamber of the control room, and the closing speed slows down to form a buffering effect, preventing a sudden increase in pressure.
Setting the opening degree and opening ratio of regulating valves A and B can obtain the appropriate valve opening and closing speed.

Working characteristics
1. The prevention of water hammer is effective by integrating technologies such as slow opening, check speed closing, and slow closing to eliminate water hammer. This prevents damage to the water supply pipeline and pump caused by water hammer when the pump is turned on and stopped due to backflow.
2. Easy to operate, no need to equip the valve with a separate electrical control system. The valve automatically and sequentially completes the control function with the opening and stopping of the water pump. Appropriate control parameters can be obtained by setting the opening of the regulating valve.
3. The valve body adopts a full channel, DC, streamlined design.

Function and purpose
This valve is installed at the outlet end of the water pump and sequentially achieves functions such as slow opening, full opening, quick closing, and slow closing.
This product is used on the outlet pipelines of water pumps in high-rise building water supply systems and other water supply systems to prevent and reduce water hammer during pump opening and closing, protect the water pump from backflow, and maintain pipeline safety.
