However, traditional distillation equipment has various drawbacks such as dispersed structure, cumbersome operation, high failure rate, difficult control of heating power, inability to automatically determine the endpoint, and easy reverse suction of distillate. In addition, the distillation process requires personnel to be on duty and is prone to danger, resulting in distillation failure and seriously affecting work efficiency.

The HWDA-6C multifunctional distiller is an intelligent integrated distiller independently developed and produced by Hanwen. It adopts microcomputer control to achieve the entire distillation process without manual supervision, simple operation, water and electricity saving. At the same time, it has functions such as precise temperature control, automatic distillation, circulating condensation, anti reverse suction, anti explosion boiling, automatic emptying of condenser tubes, adjustable distillate volume, and one click cleaning of pipelines.

Intelligent fully automatic
The national standard classic method involves independent control of six units, achieving fully automatic functions such as heating, temperature control, cooling, and distillation endpoint control. The entire distillation process does not require manual intervention.
Accurate determination of distillation endpoint
The precise weighing module is used to automatically determine the distillation endpoint, with an endpoint accuracy of 0.01g, and the distillation endpoint can be adjusted arbitrarily according to different distillation workflows.
External refrigeration unit
The independently developed external refrigeration unit, with PLC system automatic control and power matching host, has the advantages of high refrigeration efficiency, low energy consumption, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. (Poor built-in heat dissipation, inconvenient maintenance, increased noise and vibration, heavy weight, inconvenient transportation)
One click cleaning function
After the sample distillation is completed, the rectifier unit can be cleaned with one click through the touch screen buttons to avoid mutual contamination between samples and improve work efficiency.
Anti backflow function
Using solenoid valve control, when the distillation endpoint is reached, the system automatically opens the solenoid valve to prevent liquid backflow.
Intelligent heating module
Adopting PTC far-infrared ceramic radiation heating technology, the heating is uniform, the heating efficiency is high, and it has an anti dry burning design to prevent the flask from burning dry and cracking.
The 6S model has two practical functions:
1. Intelligent exhaust system: easy to operate, energy-saving and environmentally friendly; No need to place it in a fume hood, it can effectively save space in the fume hood.
2. Intelligent lifting system: After program setting, the bracket is intelligently raised and lowered, driving the pipeline to rise and fall. It can be distilled on the liquid surface or below the liquid surface, meeting the national standard requirements for sulfur dioxide determination in food, making the distillation results more accurate.
