Product Introduction:

The CGZ1000 concentrator produced by our company is an important equipment for data acquisition and system management in centralized meter reading systems. This product is manufactured using specialized large-scale integrated circuits and SMT production technology. The components used are strictly selected and have the characteristics of high reliability, high overload, low power consumption, small size, and light weight.

Product features:

The CGZ1000 concentrator is mainly composed of the following functional modules:

(1)The equipment adopts industrial grade ARM9 as the main processor, with a main frequency of 200MHz, and the equipment can respond quickly.

(2)The device adopts LINUX operating system, which is easy to maintain and expand.

(3)Clock module: using hard clock and long-life batterypower supplyThe time error of the system is ≤ 0.5S/d.

(4)Large storage unit: using high-capacity storage. It can store six months of settlement volume, three months of daily frozen volume, and system parameter data, and the data can be maintained for 10 years without loss in case of power failure.

(5)Power line carrier communication: Using high-tech technology, data is transmitted through power line carrier to achieve remote communication function.

(6)Upstream communication: Multiple communication methods can be used to connect with the main station, including RS485, GPRS/CDMA, Ethernet, etc.

(7)Local debugging of RS232 communication interface: used for on-site debugging during construction, and can also be used as an interface for users to use other communication methods to ensure the flexibility of system communication. (Optional)

(8)RS485 communication interface: The device provides two RS485 communication interfaces. One path can be connected to the substation table for collecting substation table data, and the other path can be used for cascading (optional).

(9)Humanized LCD display interface (optional).
