1 The environmental simulation laboratory is divided into two parts, one is the high and low temperature humid heat alternating sunlight and rain experimental area, and the other is the salt spray, corrosive gas environment, and marine environment experimental area, as shown in Figure 1. The two parts can operate independently and conduct relevant tests separately, or alternatively conduct tests on the same batch of structural model specimens, achieving comprehensive testing environment. The effective spaces in the two experimental areas are 10m × 4m × 3m and 4m × 4m × 3m, respectively.
The main subsystems of the laboratory include: main chamber body, air circulation system, fresh air system, sunlight system, rain system, humidification system, dehumidification system, refrigeration system, heating system, control system, etc. Research the technology and equipment matching of each subsystem, and carry out intelligent operation control on the basis of ensuring coordinated control of each subsystem. The laboratory equipment should use anti-corrosion materials to adapt to the simulated corrosive environment and ensure its service life.
The passage between the laboratory gate and the pouring site is equipped with a specialized flat trolley with rollers and a sliding track. The test piece or structural model is directly poured into the mold on the trolley and moved into the laboratory after demoulding.
