DDB-320Multi channel peristaltic pumpIntroduction:
Shanghai Zhixin Instrument Co., Ltd. has a history of more than 20 years in the production of peristaltic pumps. The DDBT series intelligent peristaltic pump designed is based on the good technology of foreign products and adopts a computer-controlled intelligent control scheme. It is equipped with workflow software packages, allowing users to easily access various workflows and automate the opening, flow regulation, and closing of peristaltic pumps. At the same time, users can easily change, set, and store various parameters according to their special requirements, improving accuracy and providing convenience for production and scientific research; Computer precise control, continuously adjustable speed, 5-digit LED display, with memory and storage functions, can be used as a filling machine. Easy to install pump head, this type of pump head continues the popular structure at home and abroad, is easy to use, safe and reliable. Multiple pump head combinations can be selected as needed. The hose is specially designed for peristaltic pumps and is made of high tear resistant delicate silicone rubber. It has the advantages of non toxicity, physiological inertness, UV resistance, ozone resistance, high and low temperature resistance, high transparency, and strong rebound force.
Scheduled work procedure:
Ten sets of working procedures can be pre-set according to the specifications of the silicone tube.
Accurate flow calibration:
It is possible to recalibrate the flow rate for different pump heads and combinations of silicone hoses, with high calibration accuracy.
Four working modes:
It has flow rate working mode, metering working mode, quantitative working mode, and timed start stop working mode.
Work status detection and automatic alarm:
It can automatically detect and alert for machine malfunctions, set parameter error alarms, and alert upon completion of work.
Computer centralized monitoring:
Comes with a built-in communication program. Single or multiple units (up to 100 units) can be monitored online through a computer, suitable for automated filling operations.
The main components of the DDB-320 intelligent peristaltic pump include the pump head, driver, and elastic hose, as shown in the figure
1. Pump head:
The product adopts easy to install pump heads 2YZ1515 and 2YZ2515, as shown in the figure. Suitable for assembling elastic hoses with wall thicknesses of 1.5mm and 2.5mm in parallel with two channels. Two pump heads can be connected in series to form a dual pump head with four channels.
2. Driver (DDB-320):
The driver mainly consists of a four phase hybrid stepper motor, a pulse distribution drive board, and a digital display control panel (see figure). It is controlled by a microcontroller, with continuously adjustable speed, 5-digit LED display, data storage, fault detection, and alarm functions.
3. Elastic hose:
Different specifications of peristaltic pump heads are suitable for different specifications of hoses. When transporting fluids of different properties, hoses made of different materials should be selected.
The DDB series peristaltic pump is equipped with hoses at the factory, and its flow accuracy has been calibrated. If other specifications of hoses are used, the flow rate needs to be recalibrated. Please refer to section * "Operation Preparation" in the "Operation and Use Instructions".
