The EPC-M 301 series high-precision electronic pressure/flow controller module consists of 1 to 3 independent channels, providing a complete, fast, and accurate pressure or flow ratio control scheme for pressure control and flow distribution control of injection ports, detectors, and auxiliary gas paths in gas chromatography systems, replacing manual pressure regulators, needle valves, mass flow control meters, etc.
Design
The module adopts a high-precision control calibration algorithm designed, with a control accuracy of up to 0.001psi (6.895pa) and a temperature accuracy of 1%/20 ° C. Each EPC/EPC channel is based on the same hardware (small flow path block, high-precision pressure sensor/flow sensor), and the customized MEMS flow sensor channel structure design is very compact, which can be configured and freely combined through software to achieve laboratory level pressure and flow control at a more economical cost. The optional EPC/EPC controller can be directly controlled through software on a computer, further improving the convenience of analysis. The module can also be customized with parameters according to the actual application of the user, maximizing the matching of user needs.
